Bring Your Own Wine [B.Y.O.W] or Bring Your Own Bottle or Booze [B.Y.O.B] concept has a long history in America and allows customers of restaurants to bring their own «special» wine to accompany kitchen creations.
The charge is a standard corking fee per bottle and it covers the service and washing glasses. The idea is good and many restaurants abroad and in Greece are starting to adopt.
